She didn't always love apples. The first time I tried to cut one up for her, she was not excited to eat it. In fact, she flung it off her tray, which is what she does when she doesn't want to try something new.
But now she loves apples. On Monday we were shopping for groceries. Belinda started yelling that she didn't want to be in the cart any longer. She made a few squawks and a lady in the produce section suggested that I give her an apple. What a fabulous suggestion. Belinda grasped it and began taking tiny bites. She kept busy through the check-out line and all the way home. It was so cute to see her eating this apple with her sharp teeth.
