Look! Belinda is 3 months old and she's showing that monkey model who is boss! She has become quite grabby and likes to grab things that are light - such as her blanket, her burp diaper, her dress(to lift over her face) or light rattles. It is fun to see what she's capable of.
As you can see from this photo, Belinda is getting quite big. We've packed away the 0-3 month clothes and brought out the 3-6. She almost needs 6-9 for sleepers - she's quite the long baby.
Belinda has been on many adventures. She sleeps through many of them. This is sleepy Belinda at Bastille Days. This is significant to show that her little hands are mostly open now - no more fists of fury unless she's very angry or hungry. She keeps her little patties wide open for grabbing things.
This weekend Belinda had many visitors. At one time there were 7 kids in our house! Benjamin, age 2, was quite gentle with Miss Belinda. Of course we were not able to get all the kids in one place, but cousins Timmy and Eddie were here, along with Bek and Benjamin plus Sofia and Elizabeth Farwell. It made for a full and boisterous house.
Belinda also went to her first Brewers' Game with Uncle Andy, Aunt Lindsey, Mom and cousin Timmy. Aunt Lindsey had her rocking out during the introduction music. We had a good time, but it was very hot and steamy up in the Bob Ueker seats. We definitely were not in the front row. But Belinda was able to nurse in the First Aid station and the Brewers won so it was a good night!
