In honor of the Lakers v. Celtics NBA matchup - Belinda borrowed a look from Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. What's that I hear? Oh it is the 80s calling and they want their headband back. :)
The phone is ringing again. This time it is Rocky Balboa. He wants his training hooded sweatshirt back.
Other than taking up modeling, Belinda also made her first long road trip. We drove to MN for cousin Eddie's first birthday. It took 9 hours to get to MN. Miss B. didn't like her carseat too much and had to eat often. Our final stop was at a park-n-ride where there just happened to be a geocache. It was her first one. You can see she's very excited. :)
Belinda met her cousin Eddie. Eddie gives out nice kisses.
She also met her big cousin Timmy. Timmy is an expert at holding babies. Belinda was very glad to meet him.
We celebrated cousin Eddie's 1st Birthday party. He loved devouring his cake.
Finally - on our way home to Milwaukee, poor Belinda needed a diaper change before she could eat. It just happened to be right next to the original "amusement park" where this blog got its name. We could not have planned it better. Next time you see me, you can hear the gory details of the necessary diaper change.
But after her diaper change, she was content and slept almost all the way home. We had a wonderful weekend in MN and we'd even do it again now that she's getting used to the carseat.
